Kids at Art Terms and Conditions
Full Payment is required in advance to reserve a space for your child.
Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard). Your reservation is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
A full refund will be given prior to the first class less a $50 cancellation fee. A pro-rated refund will be given prior to the second class less a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds or credits after the second class.
Two make-up classes will be allowed per semester. Please check the schedule to find other classes with the same age-group and make a reservation.
For Holiday, Spring & Summer Workshops
Payment must be received no later than 5pm on the last school day prior to the session. Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee available 2 weeks prior to the first day of the session. No refunds after that.
Kids at Art reserves the right to cancel your reservation if payment is not received in full by the first day of the session or if your child’s behavior proves detrimental to the health, safety and progress of other children.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site if you register for one of our clases. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
